Dr. Melinda Greenfield
Melinda F. Greenfield is a board certified dermatologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of the skin, hair and nails. Her additional areas of expertise include cutaneous surgery, Botox, leg vein treatment (sclerotherapy) and other cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Greenfield has been in Albany since 2000, and has quickly become a local and regional expert in the field of dermatology. She is on the speaker’s board for several pharmaceutical companies, and lectures for many local and regional groups. She especially enjoys educating the community on the dangers of the sun and skin cancer.
Dr. Greenfield received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, and received her medical degree with honors from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She completed a year of internal medicine at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore prior to her three year dermatology residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York.
Dr. Greenfield is originally from Jacksonville, Florida but now considers Albany her home. She lives here with her husband, Carl and two children, Nathan and Josie.
Kevin Bush-PA-C
Kevin is a 1996 graduate of The Medical College of Georgia physician assistant program in Augusta, Georgia. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Valdosta State University.
Kevin is certified through the NCCPA. He is a member of the society of Dermatology PA’s as well as the AAPA.
His previous clinical experience includes a 5 year tenure with Cardiovascular Surgical Associates, assisting with cardiovascular surgery. Prior to this, he worked as an RN with the surgical ICU and critical care units at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Kevin joined the Albany Dermatology Clinic in 2001. He has been extensively trained by Dr. Greenfield to diagnose and treat all dermatologic conditions. Kevin is well known by his patients for his down to earth, friendly and enthusiastic approach to patient care.
Kevin and his wife Tiffany have two sets of twin boys and one older son; they reside in Lee County. Christopher L. Bass-PA-C
Chris is a 1996 graduate of The Medical College of Georgia’s physician assistant program in Augusta, Georgia. He also received a degree in respiratory therapy at Columbus College.
Chris is certified through the NCCPA. He is a member of the society of dermatology PA’s as well as the AAPA.
His prior clinical experience includes four years of surgical experience with Cardiovascular Surgical Associates and three years working in family practice.
Chris joined the Albany Dermatology Clinic in 2004. He has received extensive training by Dr. Greenfield to diagnose and treat all dermatologic conditions. Chris has been well received by his patients for his friendly demeanor and easy going approach.
Chris and his wife Michelle have twin girls and reside in Lee County.
